NIOXIN® chemically enhanced formulas also contain a complex called the Glyco-Color Shield™ which helps to extend the longevity of your hair color.
How long after a relaxer can you apply Follicle Booster® or Scalp Treatment? Always follow the recommendation of the manufacturer of the chemical service. As a general rule NIOXIN® treatments may be used immediately following a chemical service.

Will NIOXIN® change or strip color from the hair? No, NIOXIN® formulas for chemically enhanced hair will help to extend the longevity of the hair color.
Do NIOXIN® products have the ability to cause a perm to fall out or relax? There are many causes for perm failure. However, it is not typical that NIOXIN® would cause this. It is more likely that a processing error was the cause than use of NIOXIN® products.
