1. This promotion is open in the UK and Ireland to anyone aged over 18 years except for employees and their families, of the Promoter and their group of companies.
2. Only one entry per person will be counted. In entering the competition, you give Wella Company & Nioxin UKI the right to share your TikTok handle, and the comment submitted below the Nioxin UKI Galentine's Day Giveaway
3. To participate in this giveaway, entrants are required to comment on an in-feed post on Nioxin UKI TikTok channel sharing why they love Nioxin in the comments and tagging a friend for the opportunity to gift them with Nioxin products. Entrants must follow Nioxin UKI on TikTok and be a 'public' profile for their entry to be validated. The friend of the winner tagged must also follow the @nioxinuki TikTok page and be a 'public' profile for their entry to be validated.
4. The competition will run from 13.02.25 at 6pm until 27.02.25 at 6pm on the Nioxin UKI

5. Nioxin UKI reserves the right to disqualify any entries or comments containing inappropriate or offensive language and themes from the competition. Entries posted on other channels, or missing required competition information (as defined in clause 3) will not be eligible to win.
6. Only 1 (one) entry per person will be eligible for entry into the competition for the prize draw.
7. The promotion opens on 13.02.25 and the closing date for entries is 27.02.25 at 6pm
UK time.
8. The winners will win an Nioxin prize, selection will be made by tagging your friend and the best comment, the winners will be selected by 27.02.2025 at the discretion of Nioxin UKI based on eligible competition entries, following the close of the competition on 27.02.2025 at 6 pm UK time
9. The winners will be notified by the end of February with a comment in reply to their entry from the Nioxin UKI TikTok account and via a DM message.
10. The prize awarded to the winners will be the opportunity to win Nioxin products:
Anti Hair Loss Shampoo & Serum, Night density, and Nioxin Volumizing Mousse
11. The selected winner will be asked to acknowledge their prize by the 6th of March 2025. If the promoter does not receive confirmation from a winner that they acknowledge the prize within 5 working days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer/prize.
12. The decision of the promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
